$450,000.00 for a construction worker who was struck by a metal plate as it was being lowered to the ground to cover a hole in the roadway and sustained a left foot fracture requiring surgery and insertion of plate and screws

Seidt v. Edwards: 

$585,000.00 for a man who tripped and fell while exiting a private home due to inoperable exterior lights sustaining a fractured right femur requiring surgery with implantation of hardware and residuals

Otero v. Dorian: Supreme Court, Bronx County

$650,000.00 for a construction worker who slipped and fell down snow covered exterior stairs that did not contain a handrail and sustained a shoulder injury which required two (2) separate surgeries.

Budhu v. Capital One Bank: Supreme Court, Queens County

$725,000.00 for a woman who tripped and fell on a cracked portion of the sidewalk sustaining a fracture of the right femur requiring implantation of hardware and resulting in a slightly shortened leg

Barker v. AMB Property: 

$825,000.00 for a man who slipped and fell while working on a loading dock and sustained injuries to the neck which required a cervical discectomy and fusion with insertion of hardware at multiple levels of the neck

Morales v. Central Parking:

Plaintiff, a 40 year old woman slipped and fell on an ice patch while attempting to exit her car in defendant’s parking lot. As a result of the fall, plaintiff sustained a left trimalleolar ankle fracture which required surgery with the implantation of hardware to repair. Soon afterwards the plaintiff developed a neurological condition cause complex regional pain syndrome which was treated with a course of pain management medications. The case settled before trial for the sum of $1,300,000.00.

Dula v. City of New York: 

$1,600,000.00 for a man injured in an accident with a New York City Department of Sanitation truck sustaining lower back injuries and injections which resulted in an abscess and necrotizing fasciitis of the back.
